Large scale genomic analysis of human cancer
We have developed several large-scale cancer genomics programs, involving ovarian cancer (Australian Ovarian Cancer Study, AOCS), gastric cancer and classification of cancer of unknown primary (CUP). Each of these projects is geared to the inclusion of hundreds of cancer patients, to address questions of classification, prognosis, prediction and understanding the biology of these cancers. The presentation will overview our work in ovarian cancer involving datasets created with Affymetrix U133 2.0 expression arrays and 50K SNP arrays for copy number analysis.
